I have a SamsungA32 and after the recent samsung update I can now not make or receive calls.
My son has worked out a temporary work around by briefly putting it in flight mode and back out. I can then operate like normal, but after a while it goes back to the same situation. I've checked settings etc and can't see anything obvious.
Yeah, Telstra said though that as mine isn't a blue tick it isn't guaranteed to work in regional areas on 4g. Previously the phone would automatically revert to 3g when it couldn't get a 4g signal here but now when it reverts to 3g there is nothing ... I'm assuming it then gets 'stuck' there until I do the flight mode on and flight mode off. Anyway, that's just my theory.
Yep, me too. They didn't suggest it it's just a theory I've come up with. All they said was that the A22 is not blue tick so can't be guaranteed. Hopefully one day a tech at Telstra OR Samsung will SPEAK TO ME!
