Galaxy A
Recently my Galaxy A50s is having random app loss internet connection, where I have to restart the phone every time so the app could reconnect. This is very cumbersome, as it happens daily on random app.
This issue started appearing after upgrading to Android 11. Have tried multiple way, such as wipe the cache partition, allow background activity for those app, allow all notifs, switch back between mobile data and wifi, to no avail. Also have tried to clear data, cache for the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue still happens.
Only restarting the phone will fix it. But, after a while less than a day, certain app loss internet again, and have to restart again.
Anyone have this experience?

Galaxy AHi @Alexis_Lionel, we have been investigating this issue and had released an update to resolve the issue. However, when updates are released is dependent on countries as well, so I cannot say when your device specifically would get an update or if it will solve your device's issue specifically.
However, thank you for your patience. If you do continue to experience this issue, please do not hesitate to continue to send error reports and let us know.

Galaxy AJust updated to One UI 3.1 with Android 11 after having downgraded to Android 10 - just wanted to see whether the issue was fixed. Been only up for 2 days, but so far it seems that the June updated has fixed the issue, the fact I'm incredibly happy with. I'll add a reply here if the issue repeats, but I'm hopeful it won't. Great job and my sincere gratitude to the update devs!

Galaxy AI also agree. Have been on the June update for several days now on the Galaxy A50, and things seem to be good. I got the update sometime in July I think.

Galaxy AI'm up to date with One UI 3.1 with Android 11 and this has just started happening to me this morning. Disabling the apps from battery optimisation hasn't resolved it. Any ideas? 😬

Galaxy ASorry to hear that this is happening to you @CircleThinker! I would recommend sending an error report via the Samsung Members app so that our team can take a look into it. To send an error report, please see the guide here: https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/tips-tricks/sending-error-reports/td-p/9617204
Otherwise, I would recommend getting in touch with your Samsung subsidiary for additional support here.

Galaxy AHi @WolfpackGames, it seems the issue you're having is different to the ones here. I can see that you have also sent an error report, which will be responded to shortly. In the meantime, would you be able to try these steps?
- Clear cache and data: go into Settings > Apps > Samsung Email > Storage > Clear cache and data.
- Check that background data usage is toggled on: go into Settings > Apps > Samsung Email > Mobile data > toggle on Allow background data usage.
Let us know how you go. :)
