Samsung M31 Restarting every time Internet is connected

I did factory reset too. But still the phone is restarting.

Please tell how to fix

Even in safe mode, the problem persists. I think it has something to do with google play services and internet connection. Please help how to fix this

Auto Restart is already turned off.

However please note, the M31 is not an Australian variant, and issues may vary depending on the country or region, particularly with third party apps as well. I would recommend that you get in touch with your Samsung subsidiary.
