Subject: Issues with App Behavior on Samsung Galaxy A15 5G

 Hello Samsung Support,

 I am experiencing two main issues with my Samsung Galaxy A15 5G while gaming, particularly in Roblox:

 1. When I'm using a pop-up panel like Messenger or YouTube while playing, Roblox suddenly closes on its own. This disrupts my gameplay experience, and I hope this issue can be resolved soon.

 2. I am also unable to screen record my gameplay. When I attempt to record, the screen recording feature automatically turns off.

 I purchased this device on August 4, 2024. It hasn’t even been 7 months, but these issues started occurring from the day I began using it. I have been trying to find a solution since then without success.

 I would appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues. Thank you!

i think it's your device limit, is your A15 256/8 variant? because to run roblox you need at least 1 GB RAM, and assuming you have 8GB RAM, then you have 4GB left, it will be cut by Roblox and will remain around 3GB - 3,5GB when you are playing, well if you pick 4GB variant, it won't make it

6GB is the minimum, also if you like to do pop-up + screen recording consider buying A55 instead or S24FE with more capable CPU, GPU, storage, and RAM, i don't think Samsung will fix this problem, but who knows in OneUI 7.0

how about change the game with lighter one, like Skyforce Reloaded? like you try record it, if you manage to record any lighter game then definitely your device can't fulfill your game demand

It works initially, but it seems to bug out afterward. On my first attempt, everything went well, but on the second attempt to screen record using the Sky Force Reloaded app, issues started appearing, its automatically stop recording by it self. As for the pop-up panel, it functions fine sometimes, but whenever I use it while playing, it automatically goes to the home screen or back.

I’ve noticed that this issue doesn’t occur on other Galaxy A15 5G devices; they work fine.

I THINK IT BECAUSE OF THE UPDATE 6.1??!
