A little help on the note 10+ pen

I have got a second hand galaxy note10+ and it's amazing however once and awhile the pen will hover over the screen but won't let me tap what's on screen dose it at random on any page or app is it the pen or phone? Or software glitch?

Hi @Mighty_Mouse, that's strange. I suggest:

1. Checking your device for the latest firmware update

Settings > Software update > Download and install 

2. Reset S pen

Settings > Advanced features > S pen > Air actions > More options > Reset S pen
