Hi im pist i just downloaded UI 3 for my note 20 Ultra and the update doesnt work with it all my set up's under good lock doesnt work! Why is it that you guys dont have the app sync with samsung updates so people can be happy if this is what u guys are gonna do everytime samsung updates then i cant use your app it doesnt make sence all my people i told and showed ur app will be gone and its over 43 thousand of my followers that will drop your app please fix quick or respond with an answer but not Febuary its only Jan 12 Feb is waaay to far away
Hi FRIENDCLOAK, It may occur on mobile device running Android 11, and app update is required to be compatible with Android 11. Please update the app to the latest version when compatible version is available but contact us by reporting error using Samsung Members application if issue still occurs after app updated to compatible version with Android 11.
