My phone display was never the same after the January update when faint lines showed up. After series of updates the line is now like a light saber dividing my screen. It popped up like magic!
CONGRATULATIONS SAMSUNG! Your update has successfully ruined my phone!!!

Sadly, in a plush restaurant, when one complains of bad cooking, they replace the plate without question or serve something else to please. They will earn back when the customer returns and return back, plus good feedback is free advertisement. Not with Samsung. Take it or leave it. 🤮

Note also, those "Experience Store" and "Customer Service" shops are operated by 3rd party businessmen, who want to EARN MONEY than representing SAMSUNG well. They are operating for Samsung around the country.
