Galaxy NoteHi @MrTan2001, I'm sorry about the experience you have has so far. First, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Reboot your Note20 Ultra into Safe Mode: to do so Hold power > Restart > Hold volume key down until lock screen shows 'Safe mode'.
You can tell if you are in Safe Mode as it will be written in the bottom left corner of the screen. If you can see that there is no longer a problem in Safe Mode, then you must have installed an app which is interfering with the phones functionality. You will need to identify and remove the third party app before you are able to use the phone functionality again. To exit safe mode, please restart the phone.
If the issue persists in safe mode, I would recommend that you send an Error Report via Samsung Members so that our team can check remotely that it is not a software issue. Galaxy NoteHi @Dogzbody, thanks for reaching out. Safe mode is a mode that will disable non essential functions of your device. It will not delete your data.

Please be aware that due to our Privacy Policy, your device may be factory reset before being assessed. I highly recommend backing up your device via Smart Switch, OneDrive and/or Google to ensure none of your data is lost.
