Galaxy NoteAmazing day Bluejeans! I'm Jan, Samsung moderator. Thank you for sharing you concern here in the Samsung members community. In regards to this, you can try do to Reset Network Settings these are the steps you need to take:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap General Management.
- Tap Reset.
- Tap Reset Network Settings.
- Tap Reset Settings.
- Tap Reset Settings one more time to confirm.
Resetting your network settings will wipe all previous settings for your Wi-Fi and mobile data connections as well as any previously connected Bluetooth devices.
