If Samsung Service Center in MoA indeed do the repair (actually needs screen replacement) for free, why doesn't the Support Team in this Community website tell us so instead of pushing us to contact blahblahblah? Furthermore, if TRUE 🤥, why MoA and not for all branches, so all S20 & Note20 customers with screen defect will be HAPPY??

You know, this Samsung accepting their fault then correct it, would equate on diehards (or already died on Samsung) to buy their new S23 lineup. We all need to upgrade eventually matter of factly. They don't have to spend a lot like hiring big name$$ in movie industry to convince us, working hard to afford their flagship, simple/everday folk customers.

I think I've answered this before on your previous post. The service centers are independent contractors for Samsung, hence the difference in offers.

Independent contractors? Like subcontractors? They all need SAMSUNG PHL policy/guidelines to operate still. Maybe not.

That's why Samsung repair & servicing, especially Sales Centers---those frontliners are mostly unqualified staffs (lacking in training and graces) dealing with customers. Malayo sa quality ng PowerMAC staffs.

Yep parang ganoon nga, subcontractors. I can't get into the details pero it's a law thing about authority to sell and service that I think they have been working on for years. But I agree, even though that's the case they still need to operate under guidelines of the brand. This is actually one of the many service-related feedback I've sent to the moderators, being part of the 8 Members Stars for this batch (previously Makers). I hope they address this soon.

This just happened to me too. Are they replacing the screen for free too here in the Philippines?

Feels like Samsung is ignoring this problem. How could we trust again Samsung products? Buying the top of their product lines would make me expect an excellent quality but looks like these are experimental. My Samsung Note 10+ also got Amoled burnt issue.
