Galaxy NoteIt is pretty frustrating. I purchased my note 9 3 years ago and never had an issue. I did a mandatory update and noticed screen discoloration. Two days later I got another mandatory update which made it worse. Samsung customer service and tmobile said it was my fault and screen must be replaced ($250). Tmobile added insurance to my account and gave me a refurbished phone. 2 days after using the new note 9, I got 3 updates and after the third I noticed the same discoloration in the middle of the screen.
Not sure how samsung can claim that it isn't an issue with the update. Their update ruined 2 phones in a row. I have 2 more phones on order at Tmobile. I bet they will have the same issue.
