Note20 U5G Green Screen

Hi, anyone who also experience this greenish screen on their phone. I was only charging my phone with its original charging unit when suddenly the screen went all green.

Now my phone screen is greenish and is also flickering.

Have you pre-booked an appointment? It is suggested that you bring it to your nearest Service Center, and from there, your unit will be assessed for approval of parts replacement. Hope to have helped and that your concern is resolved soon! 😊

Not on my N20U. If running diagnostics or restarting/resetting your phone doesn't work, I suggest you call the CS hotline for assistance.

Haven't experience that on my N20 Ultra. I suggest you bring it the soonest to a Samsung Service Center. 😊

Just an update, after a week of greenish screen that starts when i simply put my charge my phone with its original charger and its cable, it is now normal.
Everything just went fine all of a sudden.
Hopefully this remains and greenish screen would never happen again.
