I can't seem to download and install UI 4 on my Note 20 ultra 5g..am here in Cebu, Philippines

That's odd. I'm already at 4.1 and you still haven't gotten 4 yet? Did you buy your unit here? Or is it from another country? I'll assume manual scanning doesn't work too right?
