I'm an S22 Ultra user and, like many, I'm really frustrated with the One UI 6.0 launch in Australia.

We're Android users, power users, and these things matter to us. When I pay a premium for a device, I expect premium performance in return. I was actually planning to upgrade to the S24 Ultra this year, but not anymore.

What's made things worse is the lack of clear communication from the company, and them blaming the service providers. I find it both frustrating and somewhat insulting to see mid-range devices gettimg the latest update before ours.

Really disappointed in you Samsung!

I won't recommend you to upgrade so early from s22 ultra to 24 Ultra. Keep an eye on the performance of s24 ultra and then the best move is to buy next year the s25 series.

Besides, I heard that Samsung has promised 7 year Android software updates for the s24 ultra, look how that worked out for us s22 ultra owners with a 4 year update promise here in Australia 🤪

As we don't know the reasons for the nature of the distribution, I find the expectation that a more expensive model should get it first to be entitled.. I recommend you search YouTube for "entitled people". ☺️☺️☺️

Do your homework.. If you go to my profile you will find a huge range of comments ranging from extensive criticism of Samsung, advice on how to make complaints, including on how to contact consumer affairs, to fulsome praise when they have done a good/excellent job. You will also find comments on the S22 update problem. I loved the Tsk, tsk comment made to you by another member.which, with good humour, could be taken as either agreement with you or telling you off for your rant 🤣🤣

Ozau was rightfully expressing their disappointment with Samsung's apparent lack of customer service with regard to promised software updates for Australian S22 ultra users.
You, on the other hand, rudly spun this off as being somehow "entitled," you don't even own an S22. You haven't made the same investment as us in Samsung's flagship promises and felt the disappointment.

"Entitled People " voice their opinions because of their perceived self-importance and generally not as a disappointed purchaser of a 2 year old product, which one are you, or are you neither and just a troll.
