Battery and heat issues

Hi guys, I just got my S24 Ultra last week, and I'm having a hard time figuring out why the battery drains so fast and heats up easily. Is it normal for a newly purchased S24 Ultra phone to behave like this? Thanks for your responses. Have a good one 🥰

Maybe there's too many apps running in the background, i think. My s23 ultra does it too so i restrict some apps by putting them to sleep. It's in settings-device care-battery-background usage limits- turn on "put unused apps to sleep".

Hello thanks for the response, actually i did all of those, but same old outcome, it doesnt have a simcard in it im just finishing transfering my files from my iphone, im really excited for this new phone but now i felt like i was robbed for thousands of pesos 😮‍💨

S24 series is pretty much new atm. But it'll get better with software updates.

I think its still learning your usage patterns, check device care.

You just buy a new unit so that is still optimizing based on your usage. Give your phone at least a week or two and see the difference. Dont be paranoid, just enjoy your new s24u just like I do. 😎
