Battery and heat issues

Hi guys, I just got my S24 Ultra last week, and I'm having a hard time figuring out why the battery drains so fast and heats up easily. Is it normal for a newly purchased S24 Ultra phone to behave like this? Thanks for your responses. Have a good one 🥰

Try a clean install. "Factory Data Reset" then install everything manually. Dont use the transfer app/switch of samsung.
