Galaxy SI would suggest trying these steps first: Open Phone app > ⋮ > Settings > Supplementary services > Call forwarding > disable or remove number.
If you have already tried these steps, I would suggest trying the steps that are provided by Telstra. If you dialled in, you would need to need to use the same code number as you used to turn it on. Simply press ##code#send. If you need to check if forwarding is on or off, press **#code#send.
If call forwarding is still on after trying these steps, I would recommend contacting Telstra about this issue.
