Call forward

I have tried numerous times to dis engage the call forward on my S10 and no matter how much I try it all ways forward it 

I transfered this morning during a meeting and since then I have tried resetting, restarting, un forward re forward blah blah blah all day.

Please help

Hi @azzman, which service provider are you with? It may have to do with how they disengage or cancel call forwarding.

I have tried HEAPS and now the poor soul receiving my work calls has turned off her phone.

I would suggest trying these steps first: Open Phone app > ⋮ > Settings Supplementary services Call forwarding > disable or remove number. 

If you have already tried these steps, I would suggest trying the steps that are provided by Telstra. If you dialled in, you would need to need to use the same code number as you used to turn it on. Simply press ##code#send. If you need to check if forwarding is on or off, press **#code#send

If call forwarding is still on after trying these steps, I would recommend contacting Telstra about this issue.

What codes, I haven't had any codes given to me. This is a standard call forward option that most phones do.

What's your thoughts.

- Open Phone app > ⋮ > Settings Supplementary services Call forwarding > disable or remove number.

Tina, appologies I turned it off and went for an arvo run. I spoke with a friend of mine who asked to check notifications and updates.

Problem solved, somehow and update from last month was either issue or resolve.
