Hi: I've backed up my Secure Folder from my S22 to PC using Smart Switch. When I open the app on my phone it asks if I want to restore the backup. If I answer that I would, it comes back with the message as per the below attachment - Samsung Account Doesn't Match I have no idea what account I used to backup my Secure Folder! How do I get around this problem? TIA

I am presuming you have Googled extensively but if not do so. Have you also used rhe Support page for ways to ask for help. Open Community page, bottom right, click o Support. Note to run diadnostic tool listed there.

If you want to try checking if you have another account try logging into Samsung Members via your browser. Something like Australis Samsung Members Forum.DON'T change any password except as a last resort. Try your gmail/Google account.

Hello! I'm trying to log my Galaxy S21 Secure Folder in for the last days but the "OK" key stopped working. I've searched for reports about this bug on Google and I find nothing similar. The app isn't available for update at Google Play or Galaxy Store either. I'm afraid of losing its content and I don't know what to do. Any clue?

Hi: can you provide a screenshot of what it looks like? I have the same issue with some apps but figured out how to get around it. Is the OK key inaccessible or does it do nothing when you touch it?
I've got an S23.

Secure Folder doesn't allow screencaps.
The "OK" key is accessible, but nothing happens when I touch it.

I've tried to replicate the problem but with no luck. After I enter my password, I hit the "Next" key - there is no "OK" key to use for this. (Once I hit the Next key, I'm logged in).
