I've been asking samsung and Google for 5 months about an error message that shows on some samsung apps in the google play store I advised them which apps as well. The update from the research and development team from my error log loaded on here was that I should uninstall the apps from play store and reinstall them via galaxy store😅. I have just wasted more hours talking to google and samsung again confirming what the team told me about their own phone can't be done as they are preinstalled apps it's not possible. Not happy. And no longer trust samsung.

Samsung cloud, always on display, samsung KMS agent and samsung gallery. All have message saying no longer compatible with device. But they are working. I just wonder why this error message

Weird, as those apps are not available in Google Play Store.

Did you restore your apps via backup like Smart Switch or Google Backup?

OK so you are seeing samsung cloud which is one of the apps I said so you have confirmed they are on the store and here's screenshots. To be honest it has no affect on me or the apps or phone it's the fact samsung can't work out the cause I find ridiculous Screenshot_20221029_180213_1000008517_1667026933.jpgScreenshot_20221029-180225_Google Play Store_1000008519_1667026950.jpgScreenshot_20221029-180250_Google Play Store_1000008520_1667026971.jpgScreenshot_20221029-180303_Google Play Store_1000008522_1667026988.jpg

No, I am only confirming that I still see Samsung Cloud, the others are not listed for me.

Having said that, I can other Samsung apps, which I don't use, that are listed as not compatible.

Edit: I just checked, and Samsung Cloud is also giving me the same error you are seeing.

To be honest, I can't recall the last time I saw that get updated via the Play Store 🤷‍♂️

Thank you for that do you think the fact they say they are not compatible causes any issues ??
