Fast Charging Problems with S10

I need help; this has been bothering me recently. A couple of days ago, my phone was still fast charging, but yesterday it suddenly stopped fast charging and only says "cable charging." However, it still charges in about 2 and a half hours, similar to fast charging. If it were really slow charging, it would take longer than 2 hours. I've changed the cable and used my power bank, which supports fast charging, but the issue persists.

I've been thinking, could a bad battery cause this? Recently, my phone has been running warm even when I'm not using it. My phone has also warned me 2-3 times that I need to change the battery, but I ignored it until now when it's showing these symptoms. I can't afford to replace my phone or have a motherboard repair right now. Can anyone assure me that this is a battery issue before I bring it to a repair shop to get it fixed? I'd appreciate any answers.

It does seem like a battery problem. When I got my Note20U5G's battery replaced, it set me back for 3600 at the Samsung store in Megamall.

You can use the Samsung Members app to run a diagnostic check on your phone. It might help identify if the battery or another component is causing the issue. If the app suggests a battery problem or if you’re still having issues, visiting an authorized service center near you would be the next step.

Everything passed except for the battery though, I just wanted to make sure if a bad battery can cause this issue.
