Your s20 phones are having green screen issue after the last update! We already reported but no action done! Service centers quoting 15k for lcd that was not mishandled. After 1 year of use this greenish and white screen just suddenly occured!!!!what a waste of money!!!!

Hello GMB21,

We are here to help.

Please press and hold the power/standby button and volume down buttons together - but not for too short a time, as that'll take a screenshot - and you'll get to the same power-off options window.

If a problem persists, please call/visit the Samsung Authorized Service Center nears you.

Same issue recently sa akin. Mga  1 month na green screen yung phone. Since di ko pa mareplace yung LCD, hinayaan ko muna. Ginagamit ko lang via PC through Samsung Flow. Then one time, na-empty batt lang yung phone so nag-off.

Bro the same thing just happened to my s20 literally the same day as you. I can't believe this I've had samsung phones since s7 and the customer representative kept saying its my fault while my s20 has literally been in peak condition and was sitting on my desk when the issue happened.
