Galaxy SThis is from their pds.
Sounds more of a cop out if they say they have international warranty and actually not offer it later on.

Galaxy STheir tnc says otherwise though
(Adh=accidental damage from handling).
Maybe it's only specific countries, but not all. In saying that, I'd get frustrated as hell, expecting I can swap but ending up not to due to this "may".

Galaxy SI think this is poor marketing, leading to loss of future sales and should be addressed by headquarters,
Even more so given Samsung's poor service and bad sales support.
I have one locally bought device, supported, and one "grey" device bought through Kogan, not supported.
There are international models which with international settings updated will work in Australia with the possible exception of 5G which uses different technology.
I am frustrated because I am a mid-range buyer wanting an A54 with dual sim. Insanely Samsung Australia doesn't sell the dual sim model. Insane because, from internet marketing from grey sellers, there is a strong market for it.
For me I have to buy on the grey market or buy another company's phone which is far cheaper with equal features (sometimes better) and does have better support and valid warranty.
I am stil thinking about it
Samsung good product, terrible sales support, bad service support. Recipe for future failure.

Galaxy SBut basic repairs such as screens should be available.
