I'm constantly having difficulty changing my text message notification, I like to have a different tune for each email account and messages app. Help needed please for my S21?

Go onto settings then press notifications then scroll down to notifications sounds then click on it then you will see the options

As for notification in apps such as email, this feature is available depending on the app developer.
