does anyone experience moisture detection problem? almost 2days na ayaw ma charge ng s24ultra dahil sa moisture detection, ive tried all the steps that shows sa customer support.

Remove the unusual particles inserted in the charging port using a mini brush.

Try to restart first your phone, then clean your charging port both phone and charger.

Last is, go to factory reset settings and clean Cache partition.

I mean yung, Clear Cache Partition sir. need mo wipe out yun para sa mga cache reports error yan sir. Maybe its a bug. Nagkaganyan din phone ko last time, nirestart ko then ganun pa din, and last na ginawa ko clear cache partition sa factory reset nag okay naman.

Plug in your usb connector to Laptop then shutdown your phone, press the volume up & power botton, after mag appear samsung logo, released the buttons na then locate nyo doon yung "Clear Cache wipe out"
Volume up and down buttons, select = power buttons. Then click mo lang reboot if okay na or mag automatic naman yan for sure mag reboot. Hehe
