Pre ordering S23 Ultra

Why is it that Samsung Philippines is being unfair to majority of their loyal customers by offering more freebies only through online pre-order while those who have pre-ordered only through their local store got nothing more than a memory upgrade and a watch5 discount.

In my case, i opted to pre order through the local samsung store in our area because I can't trade in my old samsung galaxy online since that samsung.ph website does not support trade in our area.

Since that i pre order through their store I will only get a memory upgrade and a 30% less in samsung watch5. While those who have ordered online will get a free case, a free galaxy watch 5, and a 3k e-voucher.

Terrible and discriminating promotions Samsung Philippines!

Exactly! it is so unfair considering that you are one of the first who pre-ordered. It just proves that you are their loyal customer and yet they treated you unfairly. They should give you the same or probably more than what they are giving to the late comers in their pre-order promotion.

I still remember before that they allow pre-ordering their flagship way before the actual unpacked. And those who pre-ordered ahead of their product launch got an additional freedies compared to those who pre-ordered after their unpacked event.

Yes it is very very disappointing. I already got the phone yesterday and I was so happy about it, but now, i feel like I got robbed of 16k watch.

I think the promo yesterday with free Galaxy Watch 5 is only for the S23U 1TB variant. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Same here. I preordered online without free watch 5 and delivery is delayed which is a problem for me. I should receive it before feb 14!
