It's certainly not a scam 😅. Don't worry you'll receive your phone like everyone else. Has it shipped already or still under processing? Mine stayed with "preparing for shipping' for 3-4 days and finally shipped yesterday. I still can't track it though.
If so many ppl hv the same issue, something is fishy. Delivery date was 2 weeks back, multiple calls and chats done after that but no response. Time to get together and take them to court.
