Hi guys. Anyone know how I claim my free pre-order redemption Gift? Google says to use this app but I can't see an option to enter the details. I've emailed Samsung but haven't had a reply.

I'm having the same problem. Don't know how to get the PROMO CODE for those bonus gift. Very frustrating

I almost think they make it difficult on purpose so the 30 days expires and you can no longer claim it

Call your provider and they will send you a special link that's specific to them, there is no actual code.
Drove me up the wall for weeks till I called them
