Redemption Gift help

Hi guys. Anyone know how I claim my free pre-order redemption Gift? Google says to use this app but I can't see an option to enter the details. I've emailed Samsung but haven't had a reply.

I purchased though optus and had to message them about redeeming the gift and was sent the link to redeem my gift.

Now I have to wait to get an email from samsung with the promo code

Took a week for the gift to arrive, felt like an eternity

Feel like I paid for the gift and the phone was the prize, peace of major **bleep** that hangs up calls, randomly activates google home without any prompts whatsoever, tells me it's delivered undelivered text messages, audio drops randomly, slows to a crawl and can take up to 4 minutes to register touch commands on the Samsung earbuds 2. Being returned on Monday though

Hi I have a problem redeeming my gift. I bought a s23 plus phone from jbhifi but when I fill in the IMEI and SN I get a message saying the SN should be 15 characters. The SN is only 11 characters. So I can't get any further and redeem my gift.
What do I do now?
