Galaxy SHi Mslra,
Overheating is usually indicative of heavy use, such as:
- Having dual SIMs on simultaneously
- Multiple wireless devices connected
- Background apps drawing too much power and resources
- Screen too bright for extended amounts of time
- Environmental factors
Of course, there could be more causes, but there are also fixes to keep your phone functioning within the normal temperature ranges. Check out our guide in this link.
Let us know if this helps, Mslra! :)

Galaxy SThank you for addressing my concern. However I can't seem to find the link.
Also will my s24 notify me when it's overheating?
My S24 will heat up everytime I do video call while using wifi, no background apps, my phone is in power saving mode and balanced performance.
Thank you so much :) .
