Galaxy SOnly the S24U has the new Gorilla Armour screen and coating.
However, the S24 & S24+ are also using the new colour profiles Samsung has gone with, and thus getting complaints.

Galaxy SIt may be fixed in a software update, but I don't think it has anything to do with the anti reflective glass. I have screen captures of each of their demo photos in both the vivid and natural settings and they are identical, so I don't see how the screen coating would do this. The attached screen capture show there is little to no difference between the two modes.

Galaxy SThis behaviour of the display is an intended colour adjustment and is not a defect of the product, so you can use it with confidence.
Total not acceptable although it is kinda widespread dissatisfaction
