I updated my softwareast November 2020 and after a few days, I experienced the green/yellow and black horizontal lines. I immediately called their service agent and I was told to factory reset, format, and update all software updates that are available. After doing all those things, the problem is still there. The only thing I could do is to go to the service center and get it fixed. My phone is more than 2 years old already so the warranty has expired already. The agent said that the cost estimates around 13k to 15k. It is very pricey for an issue brought by a software update. Why do we have to shoulder the fee for their mistake hmph.
Does anyone still have an issue like this? What did you do?
