Does anyone know or know how to fix the message app from crashing. Every time I go into the app and start typing the app shuts me out or crashes.
It was happening before I updated to the new software. So I thought it meant I needed to update. I did that and it still would crash. So then I cleared the cache and it still crashes.
I'm a bit stuck at what to do next, any advice or instructions on what to do next would be helpful. Thank you
The Samsung messages app has its fingers in so many 3rd party apps to give you all those shortcut that you rarely use. Assuming you have the s.measages app set as the default messaging app? I know this does not answer your question but I would recommend using google messages...
