Touch Response and Battery Issue

Hi everyone. I'm currently having a problem with my phone (Samsung S21 FE). Whenever I'm charging and try to use my phone there seems to be a touch response problem. I'm not sure why. But when I unplug it, it returns back to normal. In terms of the battery, I'm not sure if its already like that but it usually drains 5% even though I'm not using it. Can someone help me on this?

Yep. I think I did almost everything just to resolve the issue but it is still the same

Yep. It worked but suddenly its happening again

then theres an app thats triggers this

how would i know what app that triggers them?

its going thru isolation, you can start for uninstalling the recent application you loaded
