I TRIED TO TRACK MY ORDER HERE PERO WALA NMAN LUMALABAS NA ORDER KO? SABE SA UNANG EMAIL MAG ANTAY NG 4 - 5 WORKING DAYS SA DELIVERY PERO YUNG BINIGAY NA 4- 5 WORKING DAYS ISISHIPPED PALANG NILA. TAPOS NAG EMAIL NA NAMN KAYO NEED KO PARIN MAG ANTAY.

I experienced that as well when I waited for my freebie Galaxy Watch. Usually the delay is with the carrier. I would suggest miss for you to track your order. Is it via LBC?

I experienced kasi na yung address Ko Hindi pala nalagyan ng house number. Nalaman ko lang na may ganyan problem kasi I checked the status ng package via the "track page' button.

Then itinawag ko sa LBC hotline. (most like LBC yan kasi may corporate account Samsung with them) I learned na yung mobile number na nakalagay sa package is Mali din. So si delivery man Hindi ako matawagan para verify house number ko. Ibang tao sumasagot sa call niya.

So better check na Miss the status ng shipment mo via the track page 👍
