Updated the software on my S21+ today (Nov 19, 2023) and the vertical green line appeared. Can Samsung do something to resolve this with another update.
Hi, it would be a case by case basis, as currently there is no official word from Samsung that they will be granting screen repairs for S20 or S21 series. So, the best way would be to visit the service centre. If the service centre doesn't offer, try another one. Cos every service centre runs independently and is said to be owned by different owners.
My S10 Lite has 3 vertical green bright lines after software update. Samsung should replace the screens free-of-charge. It is not fair for Samsung customers to pay for replacement. Samsung, please clarify and act. Thank you.
