Dear Samsung, Hoping you'll be able to read this.

I have a problem in updating my Samsung default apps like the Messaging App and Samsung Notes App, all because my Galaxy Store is outdated.

Now, when I try to update my Galaxy Store App, it wouldn't!! It sends an error message that I can't update my Galaxy Store app maybe because of my country, which is Philippines.

I tried Googling the solution, and I'm surprised to find that a lot of other people have encountered the same problem too in their respective countries.

Their solution was using a VPN app, which I do not like. I bought my phone in an official Samsung store in the mall here in my country when it was just officially released from the market.

I have been using this phone Galaxy Note 20 Ultra for the past years without a problem in Galaxy Store app, not until recently.

Hoping you can make a swift solution.

Your faithful, unwavering Samsung Galaxy Note series fan, K

Ganyan din nangyari sa Galaxy Store ko dati, sabi not available to your region daw.

Share ko lang kung pano ko na resolve haha

Requirements: Vpn and Wi-Fi

First, mag download ka ng vpn sa play store

Second, punta ka sa settings then i clear cache mo yung Galaxy Store

Pagkatapos mo na clear yung cache REMOVE YOUR SIM CARD then restart your device.

After restart, connect your phone to Wi-fi tas punta kana sa na download mong vpn, tapos try mong i connect sa ibang server (Example: USA)

Then pag connected na, punta kana sa Galaxy Store. Done.

Hello, and welcome to the community! Lahat po tayo na naandito ay pinoy. I'm assuming the app traces the country based on our SIM? I could be wrong though.

But here's a few things you can try:
1. Clear Cache/Data of the app, close it and then reboot your phone
2. Uninstall then reinstall

If these two possible fixes don't work, let us know and we'll try to help out as best as we can.

Try the suggested workaround of our fellow community member, @ljbulusan since it worked for him. Ask lang if he can recommend a free VPN (if there's such a thing) not sure kasi. Or try using Samsung Max if you have that installed.

Great thanks! I will check this out. I've been dying to use Good Lock, but I don't want to purchase a VPN.
