What I have just experience is Bs

I got a trade in value $500 for my pH 

I had to leave the site but came back an redid procedure, but this time my trade in was $425

All questions answered the same.

I've quite the upgrade sign up

Re thinking

Not happy 

And I'm sure the excuse if samsung bothers to acknowledge it was an error. 

I don't think Samsung cares 

I'm again starting to loose confidence with Samsung.

To clarify, did you begin the trade up process with a $500 offer and upon check out it only removed $425 from your total price? 

If so, could you send through an email with your trade in ID and order number for this to be looked into?

I've gone to the US site
What a breath of fresh air .
I did the same thing to the US site as I did in Australia, the experience wad gr8, simple, flawless, What a whole lot of **bleep** in Australia
