Hi All

Back on the 20th of Feb I tried to order the S22 Ultra. Because of the way the darn website worked, the trade up voucher gets “used” before you pay for the phone. I had navigated away before completing the order and the trade up voucher was used.

Asurion took until after the promotion ended to get back to me to unlock the code. I tried to at least catch the trade up promo, but the payment system of the Samsung website crashed as I was trying to purchase the phone and yet another trade up voucher was locked.

I still have no phone and no resolution after many emails and phone calls. I’ve also emailed the office of the CEO and not had a response. The different departments keep telling me I need to speak with one of the others.

I’m at my wits end and feel like a crazy person constantly calling to chase up my enquiry because none of the supervisors are getting back to me when they say they will.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to do to get the promo offers due to the stuff ups on their end?
