Hi, I've been trying to use my reward points to make a purchase on the samsung website. I have logged into my account and have sufficient points however I don't get the option to redeem the points as a payment option.
Thanks, I've had a look at the article, I'm trying to spend points recently earned. Given the advertising on Samsung's website I assumed the process would be a lot easier than it currently appears to be. Cheers Rob
