Another Issue on Z Flip 5 with the new One Ui 6

I am just really disappointed with the roll out of the new One Ui 6 on my Z Flip 5. The Goodlock app launcher no longer gets you to choose ANY app to run on your cover screen and just lets you pick from limited apps. I deeply regret updating to One Ui 6. I can no longer use messenger, spotify etc on my cover screen and I have to keep opening my phone to use the essential apps I need that I can conveniently use on the cover screen before.

There's a new update for the multistar on the samsung store. The update contains compatibility for OneUI 6. Maybe try updating it? And let me know if it's fixed 😊

Hi just checked and there was no update available. I uninstalled and reinstalled multistar but I am still limited to these apps

Hi sorry the reddit post you shared the link to was for the One Ui 6 Beta. I have the One Ui 6 stable version will that still work? Also my device is Z Flip 5

So sorry to hear you're having troubles! Hopefully GoodLock modules gets updated soon for One UI 6 compatibility. I've seen a few issues posted here already.

As of 12/27/23 in US, Good Lock Multistar Cover Screen Widget still only shows a limited number of apps 🙁.  Although, when I first updated to One UI6.0 on my Flip 5, all my previous apps were available (and functioning) on the Cover Screen Widget page.  It was only when I went to add a new app did all my widget icons disappear and the available program list became much shorter.  So, if it's working for you now, just be aware before you look to change things.  Hopefully, an update fix is on the way...

Hi I haven't been posting updates on this thread because slowly the apps are being added back. Everytime there is an update to a certain app, most of the time i can find it after updating on the app picker. Idk if the updates are for optimization for the cover screen, but slowly some apps are added back to the list. I just have to be patient.
