SupportHello allanPeseral,
Thank you for letting us know about your unpleasant experience with your recently bought Samsung microSD memory card that you've used to store pictures and video on.
Below are some common issues why you can't view your stored/saved photos & videos in SD (Secure Digital) card.
1) Non-genuine Samsung products.
When quality and reliability matters, only Genuine Samsung Accessories will help you make the most out of your Samsung Mobile (Cell Phones, Tablets).
Ensure you buy only from the legit and authorized Samsung Experience Store. You can bother to ask the Samsung Experience Store representative for available Samsung genuine products.
2) Unformatted.
Step 1. From the phone menu, select "settings."
Step 2. Once in settings, go to Phone Storage.
Step 3. Tap on the SD card.
Step 4. A page will display SD card details on the screen. Tap on "Format SD Card."
Step 5. The device displays a confirmation window. Choose Yes, and the device will start formatting the memory card.
If the issue persists, you may contact below the online Samsung support channels.
