SupportMay we request assistance from this? On Samsung's page the Estimated delivery of Our S23 Ultra was yesterday 7/11/2023. However nobody came to deliver our product at all no e-mail, text, Nothing. Consegnia's tracking is no use at all the device has been with them since Nov 4, but No update whatsoever. We have no Idea where our device is.
