Even the simplest of bugs Samsung stil hasn't fixed until now. I set my display refresh rate to 60, but when I went to home screen. Everything became smooth. And I went to developer options and turned on show refresh rate and saw that my A52's refresh rate constantly swtiches from 60 to 90hz back and forth by itself Why? Samsung should've fixed this already. Do you guys also have the same problem? I just want to set my display refresh rate to 60 without turning on power saving mode.

Use Bixby Routines

You can use Bixby Routines instead. Just set it up at Settings > Advanced Features > Bixby Routines > add a new routine > make a toggle to switch from 120 to 60 and vice versa

You may add Bixby Routines widget on the Home screen to get it working.
