My wife's s20+ screen has two green lines in it. We tried ro reset but it did not solve the issue. We tried to go to samsung store/service center and they said we need to pay 16k to fix the issue. Is fixing this issue not free since this is not our fault? Maybe all s20+ owners should throw their phones.

I came back today to the same service center. They took a photo and my device and said they will ask HQ. Although they made a comment that because of the crack on my screen my request most likely will be denied.

Honesty quite disappointing experience. I think most of the customers here are in the samsung ecosystem. I have a flip3, watch and buds. Now, with this experience not sure if staying in this ecosystem is a good thing.
