i went to samsung center few days ago to have my phone fixed, but it ended up not getting fixed so they refunded me 100%. They opened my phone when they checked it and tried to replace some parts, but since it wasn't fixed and they refunded me, they just put back the initial parts. MY CONCERN IS when they gave it back to me, the back part is opening. The staff told me they didn't replace the adhesive part with a new one since the payment is refunded. Is it right? I gave them my phone 100% physically smooth, but they returned it with an opened back cover??? 😢
