SKL. I had this weird incident in one of the service centers of Samsung. So had an issue with my phone and need to have my cover screen replaced. I initially went there and they we're charging me 10k. We had a relatively long discussion due to technicalities kasi hindi naman na covered ng warranty and naservice na ung main (inside) screen sa different store. He was telling me na it may be better to bring it there kasi baka ma cover pa nung 90 day period kasi inayos nila ung phone (which by the was still in warranty) during that time. So umuwi ako and thought about diung what kuya said... pero wag nalang... sayang lang effort and for me to drive like 50 kms... no nalang. I went again sa exact same store pero this time, it was a girl that I talked to. So, same concern, same explanation, same everthing... the only difference this time was the price... from 10k yesterday naging 8.7K nalang... I told her... wait... ito ung price yesterday... and she said. ito po ung price ng total. SO ANO YUN? May kickback si kuya number 1 na kausap ko yesterday?

We are sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience with one of the Samsung Service Center that you've visited that left you wondering if there's a pricing inconsistencies on the estimated quotes given to you by two different staff. Surely, if it happens to me, I will be more confused.

And if our internal processes are to be followed, the total charges incurred will have a receipt which will be issued to you with the specific breakdown of how much for each items, including parts, labor, and services cost. Further, I am hoping that you also get some clarification from the actual service center manager, and for sure he/she will be more than glad to explain it to you clearly.
