SupportPada poin kedua, saya sangat setuju dengan Anda, layanan purna jual Samsung (terutama Samsung Indonesia) relatif paling buruk dibanding brand2 lain. Dan ini saya jg udah membuktikan sendiri. Ini yg perlu ditingkatkan lagi, biar tidak jadi ironi bahwa salah satu brand terbesar di ranah smartphone tapi purna jualnya buruk.
Jadi intinya begini, oke semua layar oled/amoled pasti berisiko, apapun brandnya dan untuk menutup hal ini, pabrikan WAJIB memberi layanan purna jual yang bagus.
