Certain apps not working on sim data

Hey everyone, having some issues with certain apps on my tablet not connecting to internet. 
I have,
- Updated all software
- checked all apps are allowed to connect to internet.
- I have checked allowed networks for apps settings (every app set wifi or sim)
- i have checked each individual app settings 

The apps I am having issues with are the stock Samsung apps that come pre loaded including this app.

I also have 3 apps that I downloaded via .apk that are having issues on sim.

Google playstore, browsers, Spotify & Netflix all seem to work with no ISSUES.

All apps do work on wifi.

I have reached out to support line and they have completed their checks and were unable to fix.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Have you tried just simply restarting your tablet?
This can fix many issues and glitches.

Hey stardust, yes I have restarted tablet multiple times. Issue is still occurring

You can try these fix;
Go to settings > general management > reset, then reset your mobile network and also reset WiFi and Bluetooth settings.
*please note after resetting WiFi settings you'll need to reintre your WiFi password.

Ok thank you. Just completed reset of mobile and wifi settings and still having same issue

I think a factory reset might do it if you didn't already done it, but that may or may not help!!
Let's wait for other members to see if they have a fix for it.
What is the tablet model by the way?

Thats the only thing left. I'm trying to avoid that because of software licenses I have already installed. I will have to reapply if I do a factory reset which will take time and explaining lol.
