Certain apps not working on sim data

Hey everyone, having some issues with certain apps on my tablet not connecting to internet. 
I have,
- Updated all software
- checked all apps are allowed to connect to internet.
- I have checked allowed networks for apps settings (every app set wifi or sim)
- i have checked each individual app settings 

The apps I am having issues with are the stock Samsung apps that come pre loaded including this app.

I also have 3 apps that I downloaded via .apk that are having issues on sim.

Google playstore, browsers, Spotify & Netflix all seem to work with no ISSUES.

All apps do work on wifi.

I have reached out to support line and they have completed their checks and were unable to fix.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Is there any Samsung Store near you so you can take it there for experts to have a look?

Please be aware factory reset will delete all the data and settings on your device, unless you have a backup, but the backup might bring back the issue.🙏

Have you checked 'allowed networks for apps' to make sure those apps aren't selected tor only wifi?

Yes I have. All apps are set to wifi or mobile data

Otherwise, I see that you commented that a samsung store is 2hrs away - have you tried the samsung online chat for tech help? They have great people who can help 😊

Yeh mate I have done the remote support and they logged into tablet and couldn't figure out the issue with all their trouble shooting

That is so strange.. sorry to hear this and can't help any more..wonder what the issue is esp as I see that you have factory reset too and it still does it... would be cool to check if another sim does the same.... but that requires another sim...factory reset should have cleared all that is tablet related.... so strange
