Certain apps not working on sim data

Hey everyone, having some issues with certain apps on my tablet not connecting to internet. 
I have,
- Updated all software
- checked all apps are allowed to connect to internet.
- I have checked allowed networks for apps settings (every app set wifi or sim)
- i have checked each individual app settings 

The apps I am having issues with are the stock Samsung apps that come pre loaded including this app.

I also have 3 apps that I downloaded via .apk that are having issues on sim.

Google playstore, browsers, Spotify & Netflix all seem to work with no ISSUES.

All apps do work on wifi.

I have reached out to support line and they have completed their checks and were unable to fix.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I tried another active sim card and ran into same issue.

Tickets lodged with samsung, ill see what they come back with.

I have completed factory data reset and I still have the same issue.
